A: Valet mode is a feature that enhances vehicle security when handing over your vehicle to a valet. When valet mode is activated, the vehicle transmits data to the mobile app if certain breaches occur, such as the vehicle being located too far away from the mobile phone, speed limit breaches, prolonged engine operation, or any activities deemed inappropriate. This allows you to monitor and receive alerts for any unauthorized activities.

A: Theft tracking is a powerful feature designed to enhance vehicle security. If the engine is on but the vehicle’s key is not detected nearby, it triggers a theft warning. The app then notifies you to verify if a theft has occurred. Upon verification, the tracking interval is increased from 1-minute per transmission to 5-seconds per transmission. It tracks the vehicle’s location, in-car CCTV footage (if available), and notifies the call center to coordinate with local authorities. Additionally, you may be able to remotely “immobilize” the vehicle by turning off the engine.
